I have a lot of things i do for leisure such as sports, music, movies, sleep, and read occasionally. My leisure goal is to go the gym at least three times a week and lift weights for at least an hour and run a mile each time at the gym every week and hopefully gain about five to ten pounds of muscle mass by semester ends
